Dear Colleagues, I am Nopparat Panthongwiriyakul. M.D., an Internist and Cardiologist. Throughout my medical career I have taken care of numerous patients who suffer from heart and vascular diseases. Along with prescribing the necessary medication, I recommend them to change their lifestyle to improve their bodyweight, blood sugar, blood pressure and/or lipid profile. Reccomendations like this from physicians in my field are not uncommon, but patients who properly and continuously modify their lifestyle are. However, I have developed a methodology with a nearly perfect success rate - 98 percent. It's rather simple: make your patients happy. I truly believe that lifestyle modification and natural therapy are the key success of improving type 2 diabetes.
